EDUARDO A. FLECHAS

Experience
Mr. Flechas' practice areas include wills and estates, divorce and domestic relations, contracts, torts, corporate law, labor law, Veterans affairs, and appellate matters. In addition, Mr. Flechas has obtained several multi-million dollar judgments.

Education
Mr. Flechas graduated summa cum laude from Mississippi College and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Mississippi School of Law. While at the University of Mississippi School of Law, he received the Outstanding Student Award and Corpus Juris Secundum Award in Torts and Legal Profession, the Augustus Heiskell Scholarship, and was a member of both THE JOURNAL OF NATIONAL SECURITY LAW and the Moot Court Board.

Scholarship
His work, Whether One Spouse's Professional Degree and Professional Practice are Subject to Equitable Distribution Upon Divorce, was published in the 1997 MISSISSIPPI REVIEW OF FIRST IMPRESSIONS

Courts
He is admitted to practice in all Mississippi courts, the U.S. District Court, Northern and Southern Districts, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, the U.S. Court of Veterans Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States. He has practiced before the Supreme Court of the United States on several occasions.
